GETTING HERE

We’re just down from Windsor Train Station, and you can also reach us via the Number 78 Tram.

PARKING

Parking on the street is only an hour and we really don’t want you getting a parking ticket, so if you are having any colour or keratin service we recommend paid all day parking opposite Windsor Train Station and behind Maha East Restaurant.

NO SHOW & LATE POLICY

We know life can be crazy and we all experience unforeseen circumstances, but if you are unable to make your appointment, we request you give us 24 hours’ notice. We ask this so we can fill that free appointment with another guest. This is how we make our living and feed our families so please be understanding.

If you are running late, please call us and let us know ahead of time. We will always do our best to accommodate you and deliver your complete service, but we are under time constraints and every minute counts to make sure we can deliver you an experience. We will always endeavour to call you if we are running late.
