What you need to offer
1- Work Ethic - you need to understand if you want to achieve shit you have to put the work in. Talent WITHOUT Work Ethic = Average.
2- You must NOT specialize in one area of hairdressing, you must be able to do the whole craft. We are looking for hairdressers that can cater for different hair types, hair colours, personalities, wants and needs. At Same Same, we aren't interested in 'pigeon holed' hairdressers that only want to do blondes.
3- Understand our brand pillars and what they mean.
Equality - everyone who sits in our seats gets the best version of us. We dont base our prices or customer service based on Gender, Ethnicity, Race or Religion.
Diversity - if you are not trained in different hair textures, we will train you. But you must understand the importance of being a hairdresser that can service every person with every hair type.
