No Show and Late Policy 


We request 48 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment with us. A cancellation fee will apply, at management's discretion, if the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours. 50% of the total cost of the service will be charged if cancelled between 48hrs and 24hrs. Within 24hrs or a NO SHOW will incur 100% of the cost of booked in services.

We also request that if you wish to add or remove services to your booking, that you give us a minimum of 48hrs notice. If you wish to remove services on the day of your appointment, while this is sometimes unavoidable, if it’s simply a change of mind, we will charge for the time that you have taken up with that booking.  

If you are running late, please call us and let us know ahead of time. We will always do our best to accommodate you and deliver your complete service, but we are under time constraints and every minute counts to make sure we can deliver you the experience and look that you are after. We will always call you if we are running late.

Please understand this is how we make our living and feed our families. We respect your time; we just ask that you respect ours.
